My attorney recommended Debi Fitzgerrell and Anna Bahnson, so even though the recommendation came from a trusted advisor, I was still very concerned that I could over-invest in the fix-up and that the market wouldn't support the price that they thought it might bear.

As scary as it was for me, I followed their advice, and it was just perfect. I very happy with the price that I got for the condominium, but I was even happier with the job they did.
